Program Description: The Master’s degree in Applied Biochemistry is intended for students who wish to continue their initial undergraduate training in a high-level teaching and research course in biochemistry. They will benefit from training combining pharmacology, immunology, toxicology, biochemical analysis, proteomics and structural identification techniques that prepare them for the fields of basic and applied research in pharmaco-toxicology and medical biochemistry. Parallel training in biostatistics and bioinformatics will enable them to acquire and master theoretical concepts and methods for molecular modelling of biological macromolecules (proteins and DNA) or rational design of drugs and/or bioactive molecules.
