Program Description: This Master’s degree aims to train computer specialists capable of analyzing, designing and implementing complex computer systems, distributed over a network, able to reason and access databases. These systems are often intended for diagnosis, design and decision support. The specificity of the Specialty is to offer cutting-edge teaching in four highly interconnected areas: databases and the Web, distributed artificial intelligence, cooperative and distributed systems, knowledge extraction and learning. The courses integrate new technological advances in computing such as multi-agent systems, multi-base systems and their network interoperability, geographic information systems, discovery of knowledge from data (data exploration or “data mining”), the organization of multimedia data, new design models for distributed applications.
